We want you to LOVE your new Opulenza Jewelry, but sometimes things happen and we stand by your jewelry!
Exchanges - We are not able to provide exchanges due to the nature of our business with artisan crafted small batches. If you need to exchange and your order qualifies, please proceed with a return for store credit. At that time, you may use your store credit to purchase the alternate item.

You may return the item in new condition with the proof of purchase within 120 DAYS of ship date for store credit. We do provide paid postage for returns from US customers. Complete a Return Authorization Form and mail the item and form to:

Canadian / International Order Returns
You may return the item in new condition with the proof of purchase within 120 DAYS of ship date for a store credit. We do not provide paid postage for Canadian customer returns at this time. Opulenza 3 Year Warranty
Every artisan-crafted piece of Opulenza is backed by our 3 Year Warranty. If you should experience a manufacturer’s defect as defined below and we see the defect is qualified, we will provide store credit for the original value of the purchased item. You will have to ship the item with the proof of purchase within 3 years of the ship date to receive a refund.

The following are considered manufacturer's defects:
- Flaw in design such as a non-working clasp
- Missing stone
- Broken post, wire, or hinges
The following are NOT considered manufacturer’s defects:
- Breakage or damage due to customer misuse
- Stones that vary in shape, size, and color
- Variations in silversmith work and leather

Caring for your Opulenza Designs Jewelry
Each piece of Opulenza jewelry is uniquely designed and crafted with the utmost quality using .925 sterling silver, 14k to 18k gold plating on 925 sterling silver, freshwater pearls, semi-precious stones and leather.
To maintain the original condition of your sterling silver jewelry, polish your pieces regularly using our polishing cloths. Never immerse your heirloom quality Opulenza pieces in chlorine, salt water, mineral springs, or suntan lotion. Avoid exposing your jewelry to hairspray, cosmetics, and perfume, as this will cause tarnish. Remember, some household cleaners contain chlorine bleach; these will cause discoloration and loosen the gemstones.
